16 oz potato, sliced thin
1/4 c. flour
1 c. skim milk
1 salt and pepper

Recipe Directions for scalloped potatoes

  1. Spray a pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.

  2. Arrange the potatoes in the bottom of the plate.

  3. Sprinkle the potatoes with the flour, season with salt and pepper.

  4. Pour the milk over the potatoes.

  5. Bake at 350 until the potatoes are tender.
