Scalloped potatoes aren't possibly a diet dream food. It is just something my family enjoys and I used CC to see exactly what I'm consuming as I eat it. Portion size is obviously very important.

Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped Potatoes

12 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
16 ounces Spiral Sliced Ham - Bone-In Half - Honey Cured
2 serving 1% Low Fat Milk
2 oz Onions
2 tbsp Regular Stick
4 oz Cheese 2% Milk
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 tbsp Corn Starch

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Potatoes

Par boil potatoes. Saute margarine and onions. Add in ham to brown. Add to drained potatoes in large baking dish. Stir rest of ingredients. bake 10 minutes, stir again to distribute cheese. Bake an addional 30 minutes or until bubbling and slightly browned. Bake at 350 degrees
