Recipe Ingredients for scalloped potatoes

8 potatoes
12 oz. cheddar cheese
12 oz. ham steak
3 1/2 cups 2% milk
1 large onion
3/4 cup flour

Recipe Directions for scalloped potatoes

  1. chop onion

  2. coarsely chop ham into large chunks

  3. slice cheddar

  4. peel and slice potatoes

  5. layer potatoes, the 1/3 onion, 1/3 ham, 1/3 cheese, repeat, finished with potatoes layer

  6. mix milk and flour in blender and pour over potatoes

  7. bake 350 about 1 hour or until potatoes cooked through an dgolden brown on top
