Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped Potatoes

4 T. unsalted butter
6 large potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced
4 c. shredded Parmesan Cheese
8 cups heavy cream
1 t. salt
1 pinch white pepper
1 t. garlic, finely chopped

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Butter a 13?x9? Pyrex pan.

  2. Layer potatoes with Parmesan Cheese, ending with cheese.

  3. Combine the butter, cream, salt, pepper and garlic in saucepan and bring to a boil.

  4. Remove immediately and pour over potatoes. Liquid should cover potatoes.

  5. Bake uncovered at 350 about 45 minutes or until potatoes are soft.
