can add 3/4 cup cheese to sauce to make them cheesy potatoes

Recipe Ingredients for scalloped potatoes

1 small onion
1/4 cup margarine
1 garlic clove, crushed
1/4 cup flour
2 1/2 cup 1% milk (i1082)
1036 grams potatoes, thinly sliced
1 pepper

Recipe Directions for scalloped potatoes

  1. Cook onions in margarine till tender but not brown.

  2. Stir in flour and pepper.

  3. Add milk and garlic.

  4. Cook, stirring until bubbly and thick

  5. Preheat oven to 350.

  6. Fish out garlic cloves and throw them away.

  7. Greese casserole dish.

  8. Add layer of potatoes then layer of sauce, till done.

  9. Bake, covered for 45 minutes.

  10. Uncover bake 30 more minutes.
