Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped Potatoes

3 potatoes
1 cup fat-free cheddar cheese
1 cup evaporated skim milk
1 cup hot water
3 tablespoons flour

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Potatoes

Peel and slice potatoes thinly. Combine milk, hot water, flour and pepper in saucepan. Cook over low heat until thickened. Layer Pam sprayed casserole dish with potatoe slices. Spoon 1/2 sauce over slices and repeat. Cover and bake in 350-degree oven for 1 hour. Remove from oven and sprinkle with fat-free cheddar cheese
