1/2 cup flour
4 cups lowfat milk
8 potatoes

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Potatoes

Make a white sauce with the butter, flour, and milk. Add a little salt and pepper. Pour over the sliced potatoes. Bake 1/2 hour covered at 350 and one more hour uncovered.
