Red potatoes baked with mozzarella cheese and half and half

Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped Potatoes

6 red potatoes
170 g mozzarella
51 g parmesean cheese
2 tablespoons all purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 cups half and half

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Peel potatoes and slice into 1/2 centimetre slices.

  2. Shred mozzarella cheese.

  3. Mix flour, salt and pepper in a cup.

  4. Take half the potatoes and layer in a baking dish.

  5. Sprinkle half the flour mixture and then half of each kind of cheese on top.

  6. Layer the rest of the potatoes and then cover with flour mixture and the rest of the cheese.

  7. Pour the half and half into the dish.

  8. Bake at 350F
