Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped Potatoes

8 medium (2-1/4" to 2-1/4" dia.) Potatoes, Boiled
1.5 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese
0.33 cup, chopped Onions
1 can (10.75 oz) Soup, Cream Of Chicken
8 oz Sour Cream Light Grade A Dairy
0.75 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
0.25 stick Margarine, Regular, Hard
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Cook potatoes in boiling salted water until tender

  2. Cool completely

  3. Shred and place in a large bowl

  4. Add 1 cup cheese and onion

  5. Combine remaining ingredients

  6. Pour over potato mixture

  7. Transfer to a greased 2.5qt baking dish.

  8. Sprinkle with remaining cheese

  9. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until bubbly
