5 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") Potatoes, Baked, Flesh
10 oz Cream of Celery Soup
84 grams 1% Partly Skimmed Milk
1 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for scalloped potatoes - home made

  1. slice potatoes

  2. layer in greased 9x13 pan, alternating layers of potatoes with cream of celery soup/milk mixture

  3. end with soup mixture as last layer

  4. sprinkle top with parmesan cheese

  5. bake at 350 for 30 min covered in foil. Remove foil and continue baking until potatoes are soft, dish is bubbly and top begins to brown.
