Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped Potatoes & Ham Trish's 12serv.

2 lbs. ham
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
3 cups milk
1/2 cup mushrooms
1/4 cup onion
1 tbsp butter
1/4 cup celery
3 cloves garlic
8 cups potatoes

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Potatoes & Ham Trish's 12serv.

  1. saute' celery, garlic and onion in butter and add to the soups, milk and mushrooms(with juice)

  2. Layer with potatoes and ham starting with ham and ending with potato and cream mixture. pepper on each layer of potato.

  3. bake 350 for 2 hours
