Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

1 can cream of celery soup
10 oz water
1 lb potatoes (peeled & sliced)
1/2 cup onions (chopped)
4 celery stalks (sliced )
1 tbs. margarine
12 oz. ham (cubed)
1/4 cup cheddar cheese (shreaded)

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Potatoes & Ham

Heat oven to 375 F. In a seperate bowl, whisk soup and water together till smooth. Spray a 10 x 10 brownie pan. In it layer half of the potatoes, onions, celery and all of the butter. Ladle a 1/2 of the soup mixture over the potatoes. Layer the rest of the potatoes, onions and celery. Top with remaining soup mix. Cover with foil and bake till potatoes are tender, about 45 min. Remove foil and sprinkle with cheese and return to the oven for 5-7 min.
