Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped Potatoes and Beans

1 serving Pinto Beans
1 serving Black Beans
1 large Onions
3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery
1 cup Peas, Green
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 serving 98% Fat Free Cream of Mushroom Condensed Soup
4 cloves, raw Garlic
2 potato large (3" to 4-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Russet, Flesh And Skin, Baked
1 cup, shredded Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Potatoes and Beans

  1. In a large bowl combine kidney beans, black beans, onion, celery, peas, sweet pepper, soup, garlic, thyme, and pepper.

  2. Spoon half of the bean mixture into a 3 1/2- to 4-quart crockery cooker. Top with the potatoes and remaining bean mixture.

  3. Cover and cook on low-heat setting for 8 to 10 hours or on high-heat setting for 4 to 5 hours. If desired, top individual servings with cheddar cheese.
