Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped Potates

8 red potatoes
1 tbs light olive oil
1 tbs butter
1/4 clove garlic, minced
3/4 tbs basil, dried

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Potates

  1. Mince garlic, and place in large skillet with olive oil and butter. Turn on low heat until butter has melted.

  2. Thinly slice potatoes and throw in pan once butter has melted.

  3. Keep on low heat until potatoes are cooked through and soft. Turn heat up and brown until edges are starting to look crispy.

  4. Serve!
