Wonderful side to ham. Obviously NOT for dieting, but amazing.

Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped Pineapple

4 cups fresh bread crumbs
20 oz pineapple tidbits, drained
3 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup butter, melted

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Pineapple

  1. Use only white bread. Pull apart into small pieces. Toss with drained pineapple. Place in PAM-sprayed casserole dish.

  2. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over pineapple mixture.

  3. Bake at 350 for approximately 30 minutes or until slightly brown on top and eggs cooked.
