Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped Corn

15 oz. creamed corn
15 oz. whole kernel corn
1/2 cup margarine
1 cup sour cream
2 eggs
8 1/2 oz. corn muffin mix

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Corn

Drain the whole kernel corn, place in large bowl. Add the creamed corn. Melt the margarine and add to bowl. Stir in the sour cream, beaten eggs, and the package of corn muffin mix. Spray a 9" x 13" dish with non-stick spray. Pour mixture into dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
