Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped Corn and Broccoli

3 oz corn
1/2 egg, beaten
1 tsp white sugar
1 tsp all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 tbsp shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked broccoli

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Corn and Broccoli

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

  2. Mix together the corn, eggs, sugar, flour and salt. Add the cheese and broccoli, mix well and pour into a 2 quart casserole dish. Bake for 1 hour.
