This recipe didn't specify what to use for white sauce, and this could change the calorie count drastically. I think the recipe needs some work to make it Prism friendly.

Recipe Ingredients for Scalloped Cauliflower

1 head cauliflower
1/4 t. pepper
3 eggs, hard boiled
1 c. bread crumbs, whole wheat
1 T. butter, for bread crumbs
2 c. white sauce
1/4 c. grated cheese
1/2 t. salt

Recipe Directions for Scalloped Cauliflower

  1. Break cauliflower into pieces and cook in salt water till tender.

  2. Drain.

  3. Place alternate layers of cauliflower, sliced eggs and white sauce in sprayed casserole.

  4. Put buttered crumbs and cheese on top.

  5. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees F. for 25 minutes.
