Recipe Ingredients for Scallop and Veggie Soup

4 cup Soup, Stock, Fish, Home-prepared
0.5 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
1/2 cup Sweet Peas
0.5 cup, sliced Carrots
1 cup Noodles Instant Shrimp Flavour
4 oz Scallops
1 tbsp Butter
1 dash Salt, Table
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Scallop and Veggie Soup

  1. put crab stock in pot.

  2. set noodles aside.

  3. thaw scallops in salt water (or let set if thawed).

  4. add veggies to stock.

  5. once thawed add scallops to soup.

  6. add butter, salt, and pepper.

  7. cook for 20-30mins.

  8. at last 2mins add the shrimp noodles.
