2 tbsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
7 unit 2 large or 5 small Scallops
3 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked

Recipe Directions for scallop and vegetable with garlic and oil

chop potatoes, onions, asparagus and broccoli then toss everything together and cook in 350 degree oven for 15 minutes or so
