Recipe Ingredients for Scallop Stir Fry

150 g Scallops
85 g Fresh Diced Tomatoes
85 g Fresh Diced Mushrooms
85 g Fresh Diced Broccoli
85 g Fresh Diced Bell Peppers
400 g Fresh Diced Onions
42 g Fresh Diced Cauliflower

Recipe Directions for Scallop Stir Fry

  1. Mix all the veggies except 1/2 the onions

  2. Stirring often:

  3. Spray nonstick pan with pam, add 1/2 onions and heat on high

  4. Once pan is sizzling, spray a little more pam and add the veggie mix.

  5. Once sizzling again, add the scallops

  6. Serve when scallops appear done
