Mushrooms and scallops baked in a creamy white wine sauce

Recipe Ingredients for Scallop and Mushroom Gratin

10 oz scallops
1/4 cup white wine
2 tbsp clam juice
6 oz mushrooms
1/3 cup onion
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp Knorr alfredo mix
1 tbsp sour cream
1 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp seasoned bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Scallop and Mushroom Gratin

  1. Chop onions nd mushrooms. Saute in a saucepan with light olive oil for 5 minutes.

  2. Add the white wine, clam juice and lemon juice to the mixture and bring to a boil. Throw in a dash of cayenne and the sour cream. Add Knorr alfredo mix to thicken. Sprinkle in dill to taste.

  3. In a separate pan, quickly sear scallops in hot butter. Add scallops to mixture and immediately pour into baking dish.

  4. Top the mixture with parm and bread crumbs. Bake at 400 degrees until golden brown.
