Recipe Ingredients for Scallop Bisque

15 unit 2 large or 5 small Scallops
2 tsp Paprika
1.5 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
200 grams Wine, Table, White
2 tbsp Butter
10 grams Chicken Stock

Recipe Directions for Scallop Bisque

cook onions to white with butter and stock powder and paprika, add cream and raw seived scallop roes - use very fresh roes, season and garnish with paprika powder and pasley.
