Recipe Ingredients for scallion mayonaisse

6 green onions
1 teaspoon virgin olive oil
1 cup fat free miracle whip
1 1/2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/4 teaspoons kosher salt
1/4 teaspoons cracked black pepper

Recipe Directions for scallion mayonaisse

  1. cut up the scallions

  2. in a small sauce pan cook half of the green onions in hot oil over medium heat for 1 to 2 minutes or until bright green. take off heat let cool

  3. in a blender or food processor place cooked onions, the remaining raw onions and all other ingredients. cover and blend until smooth. store in an air tight container in the fridge.. lasts up to 1 week
