Recipe Ingredients for Scallion Crepe

1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
1 extra large Egg, Whole
1 1tsp Oil, Sesame
0.5 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 tsp Ginger Root
1 tsp Garlic
0.333 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions
1 tbsp Butter

Recipe Directions for Scallion Crepe

Combine all ingredients except butter butter. Whisk until blended, the consistency should be that of heavy cream. Use a small non-stick omelet pan on medium heat. Add butter and melt. Add 3 ounces of the mixture and swirl around and cook for 1 minute per side. Repeat.
