2 tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
16 oz fresh boneless, skinless chicken breast
1 large onion, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp fresh rosemary, chopped
1/2 cup fat-free chicken broth
1/8 tsp sea salt
1/8 fresh ground pepper

Recipe Directions for SBD Savory Chicken Saute

Heat oil over medium heat. Saute' the chicken breast in oil for 4 min., then turn them over and add the onion. Cover and cook 3 minutes longer, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic, rosemary, and broth. cover and cook until the onion is tender-crips, about 5 min longer, stirring occationally. Season with sea salt and pepper.
