Recipe Ingredients for SBD quiches

15 ounce egg beaters
1/4 cup mozzarella
1 package frozen spinach

Recipe Directions for SBD quiches

  1. thaw spinach in microwave

  2. mix with 1 package egg beaters (i use southwestern)

  3. preheat oven to 350

  4. spray cupcake cups in a muffin tin with non stick spray

  5. spoon mixture into cups

  6. bake for 12-15 minutes, until cooked through

  7. Can be frozen and used later
