Recipe Ingredients for SB tomato and veg soup

1 small red onion, peeled and finely chopped
2 stalks celery, finely chopped
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
140 g button mushrooms, finely chopped
1 medium zucchini, finely chopped
235 g cannellini beans
400 g chopped tomatoes in juice
