4 cups frozen spinach
6 slices turkey bacon
1 medium dumred bell pepper
1/2 cup Sweet Peas
1/2 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
6 large Egg, Whole
1 pinch salt
1 pinch black pepper
1 tabasco sauce

Recipe Directions for SB breakfast cups

cook bacon. chop in small pieces. chop vegetables. sate on med heat until soft. remove from heat. place in large bowl. whip eggs and cheese. add to vegetables. add bacon bits. mix well place in 12 muffin cups. bake at 450 for 20 min.
