Recipe Ingredients for Sawmill Gravy

2 tbsp canola oil
1/4 cup Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
2 cups fat free milk

Recipe Directions for Sawmill Gravy

  1. heat canola oil in a pan on medium heat.

  2. add flour slowly and incorporate with oil. Cook on low for 5 minutes.

  3. add milk slowly while whisking all together. Return to medium heat and cook until it boils. Will thicken as it boils.
