1 Onion, chopped 2 tsp Garlic
2 lbs ground beef 80%, split between bags
4 carrots, chopped 2 per bag
4 celery stalks, chopped 2 per bag
6 Red Potatoes, chopped 3 per bag
11 1/2 oz V8, split
28 oz can diced tomatoes, SPLIT between bags
2 cups frozen green beans, 1 c. in each bag
1 tbsp Worcestershire, split 1/2 per bag
1 cup Beef Broth, split 1/2 per bag
2 tbsp Parsley, 1 per bag
2 tsp Basil, 1 per bag
1 tsp Thyme, 1/2 per bag
1 tsp salt, 1/2 per bag
1 tsp pepper, 1/2 per bag
2 tbsp Sugar, 1 per bag
30 oz beef broth, 15 oz per bag to Crockpot at cook time

Recipe Directions for Savory Vegetable Beef Soup

Place in Crockpot with 1.5 cups of water and 15 oz Beef Broth. Cook on LOW 8 Hours.
