cumin & coriander spiced tuna, nested in mixed romaine, trimmed with tomato and egg wedges

Recipe Ingredients for savory tuna salad

12 oz drained BUMBLE BEE Solid White Albacore in Water
1 1/2 tbsp grape seed oil
1 1/2 oz 100% Lemon Juice
1/2 tsp Spices Ground Coriander
1 tsp Quality Spices Cumin
1 tsp Spices Basil Leaves
0.13 tsp Sea Salt
1/4 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
2 head Lettuce, Cos Or Romaine
2 medium raw Carrots
2 medium stalk, raw Celery
4 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
3 large Egg, Whole
2 medium (4-1/8" long) Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for savory tuna salad

  1. drain tuna well, flake

  2. mix in grapeseed oil and lemon juice

  3. add spices, and mix well - set aside

  4. chop lettuce, carrots and celery and mix together

  5. slice eggs and tomatos in wedges

  6. chop onion for garnish

  7. make a nest of the romaine mix and place tuna in center

  8. surround tuna with eggs & tomato wedges, top with onion bits

  9. serve with dressing of choice - creamy French dressing suggested
