This recipe is for the burger itself and does not include the stats for cooking (done in 1 Tbsp of olive oil) and the bun and tomato for serving. These should be cooked for about 4-5 minutes per side and if you use the olive oil, change the stats. Also, if you use the bun, consider the type of bun and increase the stats.

Recipe Ingredients for Savory Tuna Burgers

18 oz. tuna in water, drained
1/3 cup light mayonnaise
3 tablespoons seasoned dry bread crumbs
2 tablespoons chopped parsley
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon hot sauce
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Recipe Directions for Savory Tuna Burgers

In a large bowl, combine the tuna, mayo, bread crumbs, parsley, mustard, hot sauce, salt and pepper. Mix well and shape into four equal patties, each about 1 inch thick. You can wrap these in plastic wrap (I do individually) and freeze for up to 3 months and then thaw completely before cooking. To cook, heat oil (if using) over medium heat and cook the burgers until golden brown and heated through, about 3-5 minutes per side. Serve the burgers on a bun with a slice of tomato and pickle slices, if desired.
