1 tbsp Brummel
1 1/2 oz Vanilla Almond Milk
0.02 oz Coarse Kosher Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Savory Smashed Yams

Bake yam in microwave usually 8 minutes. Peel skin, smash in bowl with fork, add brummel and brown, vanilla almond milk, salt and cracked black pepper. stir. Serve.
