Recipe Ingredients for savory herb stuffing

1 cup walnuts
1 cup pumpkin seeds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1/3 cup onion
3/4 cup celery
1 cup chopped mushroom
2 tbsn soy sauce
2 tbspn olive oil
1/2 tspn black pepper
1 1/2 tspn kelp
1 1/2 tspn sage
1 1/2 tspn thyme
1/4 tspn salt

Recipe Directions for savory herb stuffing

  1. soak all nuts separately for 2 to 4 hours

  2. finely grind each in food processor

  3. marinate mushrooms in soy sauce briefly

  4. combine all ingredients mix and serve
