Recipe Ingredients for Savory Greek Burger

8 clove Garlic
8 bun Nature's Own Sugar Free 100% Whole Grain Wheat Bun
24 oz Ground Turkey, 85% Lean
35 piece Tomatoes, Sun-dried
6 oz Fat Free Feta
8 serving WHITE BALSAMIC VINEGAR
2 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cup Spinach
2 tsp Kosher Salt
2 tsp Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Savory Greek Burger

  1. Steam sundried tomatoes until plump and cut into julienne slices. Combine turkey, tomatoes, and feta. Separate into 8 equal portions and roll into balls. Season each ball with salt and pepper. Place 4 balls at a time in a large skillet. press into thick patties with a spatula. Sear on both sides. Remove from skillet and finish patty off on the grill until the internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.

  2. Microwave garlic cloves on high for one minute. Spread cloves on both sides of the bun. Toast bun under the broiler at 400 for a couple of minutes until toasted.

  3. Bundle spinach leaves and slice into strips. toss spinach in balsamic and olive oil.

  4. Build your savory Greek burger bun, patty, and spinach and enjoy!
