this is the basic savory crepe recipe

Recipe Ingredients for Savory Crepes

2 eggs
1 c milk
1/3 c water
1 c flour
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp butter
3 tsp butter

Recipe Directions for Savory Crepes

  1. in blender, blend eggs, milk, water, flour, salt and 2 tbsp melted butter for 5 seconds

  2. cover and refrigerate for 1 hour, up to 2 hours

  3. heat crepe pan over med-high heat until hot

  4. coat pan with butter, lift from heat and pour 2-3 tbsp of batter (6-7 inch pan) or 1/4 c batter (9-10 inch pan), tilting and rotating the pan to coat the surface

  5. cook until almost dry on top and lightly browned on edges, about 1 minute

  6. loosen the edges with a metal spatula and flip over using fingers or spatula

  7. cook for about 15 seconds and turn out to cool
