2 eggs
120 g (g g) .5 cup Reduced Fat Organic Milk
1 tbsp olive oil
3/5 cup yellow corn
1 tbsp italian parsley
1 tbsp scallions
1/4 cup cheddar

Recipe Directions for Savory corn and herb pancakes

  1. mix all ingredients except cheddat into batter

  2. cook like pancakes

  3. top pancakes with shredded cheddar cheese and broil for 3 minutes
