Diced chicken, cooked in a wok. Can be served with flatbread and veggies, tortillas and cheese, sweet rice, or use your imagination.

Recipe Ingredients for Savory Chicken

30 oz chicken breast
2 T seasoning salt
2 T meat tenderizer
1/2 c Worcestershire sauce

Recipe Directions for Savory Chicken

  1. We use frozen chicken breasts, so thaw them.

  2. When the chicken breasts are almost thawed (still a little frozen in the middle) seems to be the best time to chop them into cubes about the size of your thumbnail

  3. Season with 2 T Adolf's seasoning salt and 2T Lawry's meat tenderizer

  4. Add about 1/4 C of Worcestershire sauce

  5. Let marinate 30 minutes

  6. Heat skillet with little bit of Worcestershire sauce in (about 1T)

  7. Add meat

  8. Add remaining Worcestershire sauce over meat

  9. Let simmer, stirring every couple minutes, until meat is dark and cooked through, and most of the sauce is gone

  10. Enjoy!
