Recipe Ingredients for Savory Chicken Dinner

2 serving Soup, Lipton, Recipe Secrets Savory Herb
3/8 cup (8 fl oz) Water
2 potato medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia) Potatoes, Red, Flesh And Skin, Baked
1/2 medium White Onion
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only

Recipe Directions for Savory Chicken Dinner

  1. In a small bowl, combine soup mix and water; pour half into a large

  2. resealable plastic bag. Add chicken. Seal bag and toss to coat. Pour

  3. the remaining soup mixture in another large resealable plastic bag.

  4. Add potatoes and onion. Seal bag and toss to coat.

  5. Drain and discard marinade from chicken. Transfer to a greased 13-in.

  6. x 9-in. baking dish. Pour potato mixture over chicken.

  7. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 40-45 minutes or until vegetables

  8. are tender and a meat thermometer reads 170, stirring

  9. vegetables occasionally. Yield: 4 servings.
