Recipe Ingredients for savory cheesecake

8 oz whole wheat bread
1/2 cup butter
1/4 cup water
1 2/3 cup part-skim ricotta
1 cup brie cheese
1/2 cup parmesan cheese
3 eggs
5 oz cherry tomatoes

Recipe Directions for savory cheesecake

  1. Oven - 350.

  2. Place toast in plastic bag and crush into bread crumbs.

  3. Set aside 1T butter and melt the rest. Add bread crmbs and cook until butter is absorbed. Add water.

  4. Butter base and sides of 11-inch pan. Line with waxed paper.

  5. Press bread crmbs into base and sides of pan.

  6. Beat ricotta, cheese, parmesan, eggs, and SP until creamy. Spoon cream over crumb base. Knock pan to remove air bubbles.

  7. Cut tomatoes in half and arrange on top.

  8. Bake 25-30 min,
