Sweet with a "bite" and also a carmelized taste, this is delish as an appetizer or (gasp) for a snack or with a meal. I ate it all myself. You will need an apple/onion stone baker or something similar.

1 medium onion
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 tsp vinegar
1/4 tsp hot sauce
1 tsp ICBINB light soft

Recipe Directions for Savory Baked Onion

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

  2. Cut the ends off the onion.

  3. Press a steak knife down the middle of the onion and twist to cut out a small circilar hole through the entire onion from top the bottom (where you have cut the ends.

  4. Use a knife to slice like a pie (8 pieces) at the top to about 1/2 to 3/4 the way through it.
