Great side dish for any main course. I love it paired with fish or chicke. I dice everything up on Sunday and every day I throw a handful into a sautee pan and in 3 to 5 mins I have a yummy, healthy side dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Zucchini

2 sliced zucchini
2 cups sliced mushrooms
1 medium onion
2 tablespoons I can't believe it's not butter
1 pinch garlic powder
1 pinch onion powder
1 pinch black pepper

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Zucchini

  1. Slice all veggies to desired size

  2. Add ICBINB to sautee pan and heat until pan is hot and "butter" is melted

  3. Add veggies and seasoning and cook until desired consistency.
