Sauteed veggies that can be used with a variety of sauces. I like to add Thai Sweet Chili Sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Veggies, without sauce

1 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic
1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 bell pepper, chopped
2 oz mushroom, sliced
1 cup broccoli, sliced
1 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup carrots, sliced

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Veggies, without sauce

  1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium high.

  2. Add all veggies.

  3. Saute until desired tenderness.

  4. Add sauce (optional - not included in calorie count)

  5. Serve with brown rice (optional - not inclued in calorie count)
