Chinese style sauteed vegetables.

Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Veggies

2 large raw Zucchini
100 grams Shallots
144 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
40 grams Garlic
3 tbsp Toasted Sesame Oil
2 tbsp Reduced Sodium Shoyu, Imported, Organic
3 cup, chopped Chard, Swiss
3/4 cup Parsley

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Veggies

  1. Chop and slice the vegetables the shape and size you want, preferably big. Leave garlic in skin.

  2. Warm sesame oil in wok. Add shallots and garlic. Cover and let simmer for 5' or until softish.

  3. Add zucchini and red pepper. Let simmer covered until softish.

  4. Add swiss chard. Simmer covered for 2'. Add 2 tbsp os reduced sodium soy sauce. Let simmer for 2-3'. Turn off heat. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve hot or room temperature.
