Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Veggies

4 cup (1" pieces) Cauliflower
27 grams Olive Oil
1 large(150 g) Onions
18 grams Garlic
180 grams Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
32 grams Carrots
1 cube Soup, Chicken Broth Cubes, Dehydrated, Dry
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Veggies

brown onion & garlic in oil. Add cauliflower and 1 cube bullion and 2 cups water. Cover and cook on medium until almost soft. Add shredded carrots, shredded squash & chopped mushrooms. Simmer until soft. Salt/Pepper to taste. Yummy!
