Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Veggies

3/4 cup onion
2 cloves garlic
1/2 cup red pepper
1/2 cup carrot
3/4 cup asparagus
2 cups mushrooms
3/4 cup peas

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Veggies

  1. Sautee onion and garlic.

  2. Add red pepper and carrots.

  3. Cover and cook for two minutes.

  4. Add asparagus and cook two more minutes.

  5. Add mushrooms, cook until they begin to sweat.

  6. Add peas and cover on low for five minutes.
