Satueed vegetables w/tofu shirataki noodles & cubed tofu

Recipe Ingredients for sauteed Vegetables w/tofu

237 grams Super Firm Cubed
8 oz Tofu Shirataki (Fettuccine Shaped Noodle Substitute)
2 medium Carrots
2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) Celery
1 small Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 small Squash, Summer, All Varieties
2 serving Lite Soy Sauce
2 serving Clover Honey
1 oz Peppers
0.5 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil

Recipe Directions for sauteed Vegetables w/tofu

drain the cubed tofu and the shirataki noodles, rinse, set aside. slice up the vegetables, add the noodles & tofu cubes to 1/4 c. honey, red pepper slices Olive oil & soy sauce cook the vegetables until crisp tender add the noodle/tofu mix heat and enjoy :)
