Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Vegetables

1 teaspoon olive oil
1 zucchini
3/4 cup bell pepper
1/4 cup onion
5 cherry tomatoes
1 clove garlic
2 tablespoons orange juice

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Vegetables

Julienne three colors of bell pepper and saute in olive oil along with thinly sliced onion, tomatoes and crushed garlic. Simmer in orange juice for 5 minutes.
