Recipe Ingredients for Sauteed Vegetables

1 1/2 cups zucchini
1 tsp butter
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 cup shiitake mushrooms
2 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Sauteed Vegetables

  1. Saute onions in olive oil and butter until clear.

  2. Add zucchini and summer squash and saute till tender.

  3. Add mushrooms and saute for one minute.

  4. Spice to your personal preference.
